J. DeRose IV ($ for physical therapy)

I'm between a rock and a hard place at the moment. This is my last option . To raise funds at this time that will allow me to continue physical therapy so I can get back to walking again. I had to have major trauma restoration surgery in the beginning of July on my right legs tibia, fibula, and knee. 4 plates and over 100 screws. My insurance had a hard max limit of only 20 visits that they covered which I used up early on in the beginning, and I need further therapy so I can get back walking again and get back to work. Even just a little will help contribute to the high $195 per session out of pocket costs. I have no other option at this point besides getting the professional assistance 3 days a week to getting stronger. Thank you Take care
