Critically ill- need urgent help

Hello, I am critically ill with multiple diagnosis that I will list shortly. I need durable medical equipment that will  drastically impacts my day to day life. I have a power wheelchair but I am needing a manual wheelchair as well to meet all my needs. These are just a few items. An item that is a long term goal is a wheelchair accessible van. 

Also, I need help making bills as I have a 7 week gap in income since I was just approved for social security disability. My short term disability company will take 100% of my back pay from social security to repay their payments. They stop their payments cold turkey rather than doing prorated. 

Please help my 9 year old daughter and myself. We do live check to check and even struggle to do that so I don’t have any extra to pull from.
