BLM-Protest Bail funding for Anastasia

In the wake of George Floyd’s killing, Anastasia attended a George Floyd Black Lives Matter-BLM protest in Minneapolis, MN in May of 2020. She supported BLM, Protestors and Equality Initiatives. Anastasia, is a non-violent peaceful protestor with no criminal record. She was working to lift up communities, end police brutality, build a more just future, combat homelessness and systematic inequality. On October 8, 2020, US Marshall’s came to Anastasia’s home in Arizona and arrested her in front of her children. She is a mother of a 7 year old son and a 4 year old daughter. Fortunately, she was given a bail. Please donate to Anastasia’s bail funds and the retainer of an attorney. She is asking for your support throughout her court process as she works to get her charge dropped as she is innocent. Innocent people are being charged in an effort to silence the movement. WE WILL NOT BE SILENCED. Tens of thousands of people have already shown up to protests across the country—in both big cities and rural towns—to demand racial justice and sweeping changes, from police reforms like mandatory body cameras and implicit-bias training, to defunding the institution and allocating city or state budget funds to community groups.
