Please help!!

*sigh* Most of you already know i have been battling ESRD (End Stage Renal Disease) and have been put on dialysis until i get a kidney transplant. This has been a battle for me for almost a year. Some of you have helped greatly already, and i thank you. So, i hate doing this again. When it rains, it pours. The doctors have found a cancerous growth on one of my kidneys and they have determined i have to take it out to prevent the spread. No one has told me if i would be getting my new kidney or not when they take it out, but they did tell me i would be down and out of physical action for a spell. I will need help with the much needed bills of my life, including medical... if anyone can help me out. Please and thank you.
