For his treasured family, in memory of Jose Cabral

In memory of a beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather, Brother, Uncle, Cousin, and Friend.

On April 5th, 2021, we bid farewell to a man with a true heart of gold, Jose "Lelito" Cabral. By all accounts, he is a man who would give his last cent to someone in need and not even think about it twice. He was the most giving, loving and loyal man we have ever and likely will ever know. He was a loving man who made his love felt from the moment each of his children and grandchildren and great grandchildren took their first breath, and he was a fighter who fought Covid-19 until taking his last. He gave his life to us, making the journey to an unknown land to give a better life to his family, and he left behind a legacy of work ethic, generosity, love, and sacrifice for those you love and for your fellow man.

For as long as we can remember he made it a priority to help his cousins in the Dominican Republic. This large group of siblings have all been afflicted with blindness and he has always helped them by sending whatever he could back home to help them and encouraging his family to also contribute, even in the smallest way. Several months back, we began this Go Fund Me account at his request as a means to collect monthly donations from his family and closest friends to help support him in this cause.

In his memory, we ask that instead of flowers you join us with one of the many commitments of love and generosity that he took upon with joy in his heart.

We appreciate any contribution to this cause.

Thank you for helping us continue his giving and loving legacy.
