Hello to everyone.
Some of you may know Russells story. After fighting heart disease for almost 4 years.
Russ had surgery in December and received an LVAD. www.mylvad.com
He was released to go back to work in April after 3 months of recovery.
Jeno's had a fundraiser (Christmas for russell) for him in which helped him tremendously till he could return to work part time. Working part time he earns enough money to pay for his car insurance household expenses and everyday essentials and other needs. His rent is paid for (thank you to family). Russ has waited 9 long months to finally get the OK to be put on the HEART TRANSPLANT list. Boy were we happy :).
4 days later he was taken off the list because he was hospitalized for a mild stroke to which he is recovering. He will remain off the list till the hospital sees fit to put him back on, depending on his recovery. He has been in the hospital the last 10 days and still remains there. He may not be able to go back to work for awhile. Russell is in need to make up for his lost earnings. I (his mom) thinks russ has a heart of gold and the courage of a tiger and he will see this through with the love of friends and family. Thank you sooo much and please please share & pray for Russ.
