Help Novas medical bill

Hi everyone, my name is Savannah and I’m the owner of Nova. I bought her when she was just 3 weeks old and she is almost 4 months. She is a loving, very playful energetic puppy. I am so sad that she isn’t feeling herself anymore. She is very sick and unfortunately I am not able to cover the medical bill and I don’t know what to do. So I’m asking for help.
