As many of you know Lydia has many complex medical needs. Some of her main diagnosis are dandy-walker Malformation, spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy, seizures and CLD. About four weeks ago Lydia started to get sick. It started with slight fevers here and there and now has progressed into difficulty breathing, fevers daily, feeding intolerance and choking. Lydia is currently impatient at SSM cardinal Glennon children's hospital in St Louis Missouri. They drs are trying very hard to figure out what is causing Lydia's health to decline so rapidly. Some specialists have been brought in to help with her case. People such as immunology, infectious disease, ENT, pulmonology, neurology, and the head of her complex care program. So far the drs have ran many many blood tests and respiratory panels trying to find a cause but so far nothing has stood out. As you can imagine this is a very hard time on our family with being sperated and having a certain unknown loom hang over us. I will continue to post updates as they come in to keep everyone in the loop. For those of you who feel like you would like to help all funds go towards gas, food, lodging and medications needed. As always we appreciate all of your support in this crazy journey we call life!
