Cynthia, Mimi, Mom, Whe-ee (who on earth knows how to spell that one!)-
These are more than just names....This is who this amazing woman is. To some of us...she's a mom, a sister, a daughter, a Mimi, and she's a wonderful wife. But to all of us...she's our friend. Someone that would drop anything and everything to help someone in need. She's a listener and a mentor. She's someone you can cling to when you're hurt or celebrate with when your world is alright. She's a God fearing, Bible believing, prayer warrior, and an amazing woman of God. She has been there in some fashion for all of us on likely more than one occasion.
Now it's our turn to help her and say thank you to her in a desperate time of her life.
Without going into much detail...on May 21st, 2016, this amazing woman was given horrific news that has turned her world upside down. Doctors are saying that reports show stage 4 colon cancer that has spread to other areas of her body. She will soon begin chemo treatments and then undergo surgical procedures to remove the involved areas. This will be a long and costly venture for her and her husband Eddie. As they have no insurance and now she will not be able to work, they need a great deal of help from us...their FRIENDS!
