help me live my life again

hi everyone, i’m fundraising so i can obtain a physciatric service dog for my anxiety. I have pretty severe anxiety that causes problems with leaving the house and preforming basic tasks. I would like to do things that normal teenagers can do which is where the service dog comes in hand. The service dog will accompany me wherever i choose to go and will prevent me from experiencing severe anxiety attacks in public and help me become more independent. When i am an adult this will become a severe problem as i need to be able to do things by myself like go to the grocery store, go out with friends, and buy things for myself.
