My puppy needs Surgery

My 6 month German Shepherd ate my carpet when I was in the shower I notice that she started vomiting her eating my carpet made her have a blockages she’s been having a lot of diarrhea she’s doesn’t want to eat her food doesn’t even wanna go on a walk she’s usually excited to go on a walk that’s how I notice it was bad I search up what can a blockage do to your pet and it said the animal will lose weight but as long as the animal keeps drinking it may live for 3-4 weeks this is the most stressful I been in years I can’t lose my best friend if you guys can find it in your heart to at least donate 5 bucks I will really appreciate it
