For my Nephew

My Nephew Manuel Mejia was diagnosed by his doctors that he has six months to live. He has a heart condition that cannot be medically helped anymore than what they have already done so I'm asking all family and friends to please help financially with the services. We're trying to raise the money for his services by this go fund me page. I'm handling all his service arrangements as he has instructed me to do so on his behalf.
