Fen’s medical care

Hi everyone, as some of you know we recently rescued Fen and have been nursing him back to health after months of neglect from his previous owners. We are asking for help to offset the cost of his medical care. He is a elderly German shepherd with arthritis, dermatitis and needs a special diet. He has improved greatly but still needs special care and we are asking for help.
