Helping to get my friend and her kids into a place

I am trying to help my friend and her 3 kids get into an apartment, the place they are living in just isnt suitable for her or her kids and now that winter is coming that trailer just wont keep warm enough for her 3 little ones youngest being 2 months. Funds will go towards a 3 bedroom apartment.
