I can't pay my rent because of covid-19

All of my shifts have been cancelled, and I've no work due to covid-19. I am on universal credit, but they say that I'm not eligible for an advanced payment, because I earned too much the past month... That money went on rent/travel to and from work/food, and a break for me to get away for my mental health, but now I've lost the holiday money (£100s) all due to covid-19! .... I have just been crying on the phone to universal credit for an hour, and the lady says that she can't help me due to Boris's strict rules in place.... I got my universal credit statement today and it says I will get £76 (because of LAST months earnings) to last me the next month, until 22nd October. In that time I will need to pay my rent, and buy food. I'm really struggling, my therapist said that they will have something in place because of covid-19 and because my circumstances have changed, but I'm not eligible for anything! I don't have the best landlady, and she will kick me out if i don't pay my rent. I'm not even protected with a tenancy agreement because living here was only temporary. I'd saved up to move, then covid-19 happened, no shifts came through... so I had to live off my savings, now the same has happened again, only I've no savings to live off this time.
