Many of you who know me well, know I love a challenge but this one is daunting me. 100k of treking the Southdowns Way continuous in a 24 hour period. I will be setting off from Eastbourne on Saturday at 8:30am and have to be in Arundel by 8:30am on Sunday morning to be successful in this challenge. I am not allowed to run any part of it and to keep going through the night will require me to dig deep.

I never normally look to raise money for charitable courses, opting to just pay for my place, rock up and do, and then walk away. However, Sage house is becoming a special place in our hearts and I would love to show them some support. The staff and small army of volunteers have been amazing since we have found ourselves using their service so here goes with my first ever request for charitable donations.
