Help Nikki Stick It To The Big C

Hi guys, its Nikki. About five years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer. At that time I chose to have a lumpectomy followed by chemotherapy and radiation. The treatment was successful and I remained in remission for about four and a half years. After recent testing, we have discovered that it has come back in the same breast, this time more aggressively. Since I am barely 37 and this is my second bout with cancer, I have decided to get a double mastectomy, followed by what I hope to be a successful reconstruction. I have not been able to afford health insurance so I am reaching out any way that i know how for help. I have qualified for a program thru Sacred Heart Hospital that will help with some of the surgery costs of the mastectomy, but does not cover any of the third party costs (i.e. surgeons, specialists, etc...) and also does not cover the reconstruction. I have the right attitude and drive to beat this again, and with help i could even get back to some sort of physical normalcy. Love you all and thank you sooo much,
