Marion's road to recovery from Leukemia

Our family has been turned upside down. We are a young Aboriginal family from Canberra and our daughter Marion has just been diagnosed with Leukemia pre B ALL which has required us to move instantly to Sydney for treatment.  Marion is 5 years old and the little sister of Isaac (7 years old) who loves her dearly.  The initial treatment stage will require Marion to be near the hospital for up to 8 months. Following this she will receive other stages of treatment for up to 2 years.  We are seeking support to help us during this financial crisis as Marion requires a full time carer for the next 2 years. As you are aware paid leave from your work only goes so far and any support from family and friends would be much appreciated.
