Help Brewster Run Again!

On Sunday March 6th, Brewster was full of his normal, Labrador puppy excessive energy! (He just turned ONE year old in January!) He played ball, chased after the frisbee and went for a run. After taking a short nap in the afternoon, he woke up whinning and unable to bear weight on his right hind leg. We took him to the vet first thing the next morning, discovering that Brewster tore his Right ACL.
Because of Brewster's young age, size and breed; he requires a special surgery to repair his leg. This surgery is called a TPLO Surgery for dogs. (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy) The cost of this surgery varies in different areas and for us the total cost to fix Brewster is $4200. Gasp! Yes, it's unbelievable but necessary so Brewster can run and play again as a normal pup without anymore pain! This cost is beyond our means as we are unable to afford it.
We've been greatly blessed having Brewster in our lives. We got him last year after loosing our 13 year old Shepherd. Brewster holds our heart and we adore him. He makes us laugh every day and his energy keeps us young and constantly on the go; which we love! Brewster even has his own Facebook page called, Brewster the Black Lab , to share his love and cuteness with you!
Will you please donate to help fix Brewster? This was an unexpected and shocking injury. Please make it possible for him to run, play frisbee and be that crazy Lab who keeps us moving and having fun. Please help him to be pain free again! We plan to see the Surgeon on Friday, 3/12/2016 and have his surgery as soon as possible!
