<div>This November, I’m taking on my biggest physical and mental test yet — a 24-hour solo treadmill challenge to raise money and awareness for Movember.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Movember supports men’s mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer — causes that hit close to home for so many of us. Far too many men struggle in silence. I want to use this challenge to spark conversation, raise awareness, and show what we can achieve when we push through together.

<div>Every donation, big or small, will help Movember fund life-saving projects for men’s health around the world.

<div>Bonus: For every 1 km completed on the treadmill next to me during the 24 hours, I’ll donate £1 to Movember myself. So if you want to support, you can run alongside me and help raise even more.
