The Everything Project

Donation protected

Hello,
I am Mike Shaughnessey(Jeremy Snell). I write to you today in the hopes of taking The Everything Project from so much hopes and wishful thinking to a soon to be and lasting reality. What I am proposing today is a complete regiment of programs to permanently turn this around.
Proposed Programs of The Everything Project

Trailor homes and parks
Prefabricated trailor homes designed for ease of shipment and assembly can be utilized in an ideal location like the undeveloped land of North Gisinye just east of the airport and straddling the Congo border would be ideal. We will need to at least receive permission or lease from the Rwandan government for this location but would strongly reinforce our international status for any potential aggressors. And, those in the program and those who earned a trailor working for us can always drive their home off at some later date.

Farms and Sustainable Villages
The isle of Idjwi is the ideal first site for the initial implementation of our dream. I have mentioned that I don't know the real estate and other availabilities of these two locals but they are ideal in tandem for security and demographic needs. Isle Idjwi is as big if not bigger than Manhattan island. We would need at least two hospitals. One between the North and center and one between the South and center with an airfield and possibly also triage unit in the center. we could build "traditional farm homes with two levels above and a garden level with root cellar and duct for "Roman" cooling and food stores before and where we do not electricity and refrigeration. solar and hydro-electric power would be a good place to start on Idjwi while solar and diesel generator power would do well in North Goma/Gisenyi until we could connect to and assist the grid as it may exist already.

Fiber optic Television, Internet, Telecom etc..
Kosovo is slated to take bids the middle of next month to sell off their only company of any potential outside of the limited investment of mining. PTK, I believe is the current name of their telecommunications company. If someone were to instead purchase and expand this company to be a dual co-op two parent partners; the Congo-Rwanda market and the Kosovar market we could start an entertainment/ telecommunications company that would spread in business model and products and services to markets all over the world.

Founding a "Sweat Equity" Corp.
I am well aware all these good ideas are going to take more than talk and other people's money. I have been in touch with Homes Not Jails and anyone else here in the Bay area that will listen. My next focus after this proclamation is the recruitment and enabling of volunteers to go make better realities for these people and themselves. The more diverse our workers and representatives are the more credentials we will have with the proponents and opponents of our efforts.

Responsibility of the Water Table

SANITATION AND SAFETY ARE A MAJOR PART OF THIS PROJECT. Be it the pathogen from improperly disposed sewage or the damn mosquito. Human attack is not likely with the banners we will be flying and by utilizing the Rwanda site and island fortress of Idjwi in tandem, evacuation/ defense plans and implementation can be easily established. The malaria spreading mosquito needs to have its populations decimated and it would do well to utilize the new, effective "repellent machines" along with proper screening of the homes and structures. Our structures will have proper toilet facilities.

The media  had askewed this mess and tries to make outlandish claims like this is the bloodiest war since World War 2, quoting some 5.4 million deaths, most by malaria, privation and other disease. The World Bank calls this one of the poorest and most dangerous places. But there is more hope and love than that. We can at the very least make a difference and enrich these people's lives and at the very most create a "smart", "green", and harmonious 21st century utopia composed of urban, suburban, rural, and tribal lands.
