Guilty Until Proven Innocent

David Weiker Sr has spent more than 3 years in prison for alleged fraud. The prosecutor presented no hard evidence of any wrongdoing on his part. His public defender was appointed by the courts and presented no evidence and no witnesses in his defense, in spite of a mountain of available, hard evidence and a long list of people willing to testify on his behalf as to his innocence. The judge fell asleep during the trial and routinely denied him his Constitutional and civil rights. 

At least 6 audits by independent entities showed that the company's funds were fully accounted for and spent properly during the course of the business. A single audit would have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that the crime he was charged with, and ultimately convicted of, was a bald and blatant lie. Yet his court appointed attorney refused to present any evidence.

The Weiker family has been financially devastated by this mockery of American justice. Hiring a private attorney has been an impossible task, until recently. By some miracle, a high class attorney willing to take the case for a fraction of the cost has approached them. Out of a $7,600 fee, $1,050 has been paid in order to retain the attorney's services.

The attorney has compiled the hard evidence and is ready to file a motion that will blow this case wide open and set in motion the legal process that will not only set David Weiker free, but will clear his name and exonerate him of any and all wrongdoing. The only thing standing in the way is the lack of financial resources for the Weiker family.
