Hi everyone, my name is Mac and I'm an 8 year old boxer mix.
A lump started growing on my neck approximately 2 years ago, but my human didn't realize how big it was going to get. It started off growing a little at a time & because of a fixed income, my human couldn't afford to take me to the Doctor. We thought we had hit the jackpot when a friend offered to pay for the Dr. visit to explore what could be done and pay for the operation.. but unfortunately they couldn't afford the amount.
The date for surgery is on February 27 but without help, I can't have it. This is the only thing we could think of to help pay for my surgery.
Hi, my name is Linda, and I've had Mac since he was 2 months old. I can't explain how much this fur baby means to me. He's my world.. and I can't imagine him not being in it. He's really helped me through some tough times, and I'm just so thankful for him.
The mass continues to grow and I'm uncertain what will happen if he doesn't get the surgery.
Words cannot express how grateful I will be if I receive help. If I do manage to receive the total amount and the surgery is less, I will donate it to the Humane Society of Ottawa.
