Have a bad heart and need help.

Joe was diagnosed with a heartcondition. Only 18% of his heart works. He can no longer work and the company he worked for didn't have insurance for him. Joe is in the process of trying to get disability. His doctors will not let him go back to work. He has lost his apartment, his job and has no way of bringing in money to help himself.
