John Thomas "Jake" Durkin, 22, of Horsham Pa, passed away on April 10, 2016.
Jake Durkin was a larger-than-life 22 yo who touched more lives than most do in a lifetime. He lived to inspire others, made everyone laugh and motivated each person to enjoy every moment to its fullest. Jake was the happiest person you could ever meet. Losing him was pure devastation for all of the many lives that he touched.
Most of us can't imagine a world without Jake but we all know that wherever he is, he is watching us and making sure that his 3 yo rescue dog, Capone, will keep us laughing and motivated.
Jake's family was dealt another devastating blow two weeks ago when Capone was diagnosed with cancer and we want to fight for him just as we know Jake would. His chemotherapy will cost $7,000.00 and we are hoping to help Jake's Mom and Dad cover some of these costs through this campaign.
