The Upper Room 's Theater Expansion Fund

The Upper Room is a four year old church in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Thanks to God's faithfulness, we're growing in many ways, and we're now raising funds to expand our current worship space into what was once part of the Squirrel Hill movie theater. This expansion will give us room for more people to attend worship, as well as free our existing space to be used for a children's area and for other ministries.
To move forward, we need to install two new bathrooms and level the floor in the theater to make it a versatile worship space. The bulk of this work will cost over $25,000, which we're seeking to raise in a variety of ways. Donations through GoFundMe will all go toward a general fund for such work. Note that you can also give by sending a check with "Theater Expansion Fund" in the memo line directly to The Upper Room at 5828 Forward Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15217. (Giving by check will save us the small fee which is charged for online donations.)
