Linda has spent 24 years caring for the Manchester, Tennessee community through her work at O’Charley’s, where she served as a service manager and wore more hats than most people ever saw. She helped guests feel welcome, supported employees, handled scheduling, showed up for community outreach and fundraisers, and was a steady presence for countless families over the years. For so many people in Manchester, Linda was not just doing a job. She was taking care of people. With almost no notice, the Manchester O’Charley’s is closing, and today is Linda’s final day. On top of that sudden loss, she has not received anything in writing confirming severance, which has left a lot of uncertainty about what comes next. 
 
 
 After decades of putting others first, Lecia wants to give Linda a little breathing room as she figures out her next chapter. This fundraiser is meant to help with everyday expenses during this transition, so Linda does not feel forced to immediately jump into another demanding full-time management job before she is ready. More than anything, this is meant as a community thank-you for someone who has spent 24 years showing up for employees, guests, families, and the Manchester community with care and heart.
