24 Hour Triathlon

My name is Mark Coady.

I will be completing a 24 hour triathlon in aid of The Irish Cancer Society on the 2nd of January 2022. The triathlon will be made up of a 3 hour swim, 12 hour cycle and a 9 hour run.
