We're a group of men and women from the local area united in our fight against obesity, illness, and mental health challenges.

Most of us met through the Man v Fat program in Bridgwater, and as part of our personal journeys to lose weight and heal from past struggles, we’re taking on the 24-hour National 3 Peaks Challenge. Our aim is to reach the summits of Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in the Lake District, and Snowdon in Wales. This will be a tough challenge, but we’re committed to raising money for a number of charities that are close to our hearts, and we’re looking for sponsorship to help fund the journey.

We’ve named ourselves the Bridgwater Summit Seekers, and we’ll be documenting our training, personal experiences, and the challenge itself on social media and through local media outlets such as Sedgmoor FM and local newspapers.

By donating to us, you’ll get recognition in our publications and a special thank you for supporting these important causes. There are 10 of us taking on this challenge in June, and we’re raising funds for Towards Tomorrow Together, a local charity supporting people affected by baby loss. We’ll also be donating to well-known organizations that have personally supported our team members, such as Blood Cancer UK, Mind UK, The Alzheimer's Society, and the British Heart Foundation.

Any support you can offer will be greatly appreciated as we take on the 3 Peaks challenge and strive to make a real difference for these incredible causes.
