Support Beirut by Woodfire Brands

Washington DC based Woodfire Brands(www.woodfirebrands.com), LB Food market and Wooden Bakery USA (www.woodenbakeryusa.com)in collaboration with local businesses and leaders are responding to support the tragic events in Beirut. .   As you have likely heard, Lebanon’s capital city of Beirut has been rocked by a massive explosion that killed more than 200 people and injured 5,000 others. In addition, the country is suffering an unprecedented financial collapse with 60%+ devaluation of the currency, while dealing with rising cases of COVID-19. Lebanon’s health sector is short of beds and lacks the necessary equipment to treat the injured and care for patients in critical condition. Many homes and businesses have been destroyed, and it’s estimated that as many as 300,000 people will be left homeless following this disaster.   With that in mind e are asking for your support to maximize the impact and support the immediate emergency relief funds that will be donated to 2 reputable organizations:  +Lebanese red cross (http://www.redcross.org.lb)  +Beit El Baraka (www.beitelbaraka.org)    In addition to your support we will be donating 30% of Pita bread and Pita chips sales for the next week.    Join us in response to this devastating tragedy.
