My name is Brandon Bird I am the owner of Bulldog Pub & Grub in Greeley Colorado. I am a retired Firefighter and Marine Corps Veteran. On Thanksgiving eve Tuesday night right before closing the state came in and summarily revoked our license. With encouragement from the community, our local health department, our local law enforcement, and our local county we have continued to operate our business in a safe manner the last three days. The state overstepped and moved to immediately suspend our license with no due process based on no liquor code violations, based solely on violation of covid mandates by governor polis by having according to the state 15 people dining in. If it can happen to us it can happen to you. If you can Please help, our very freedoms are at stake. We can’t lie down again, we have a right to survive just as much as Walmart or Target. This unfair targeting of small businesses is tyranny . We will use funds to regain our license to operate and maintain staff while we fight this legal battle. Sincere thanks for reading our story.
