2020 Virtual Boston Marathon in Flagstaff

Hi everyone! As you may know, Stephanie Hunt, Beth McManis, and myself (Staci Whitman) were training to run the 124th Boston Marathon this last April. Due to cancellation from COVID, we will now be doing the event virtually. In essence, we are bringing The Boston Marathon to Flagstaff, on Saturday, September 12th. The Boston Athletic Association uses funds from the marathon to benefit charities so we would like to do the same locally. We have chosen the BLE (Best Life Ever) foundation in Flagstaff to raise funds for. BLE is a non-profit organization that performs random acts of kindness with the intent to make a positive difference in the community. As of last September 2019, the BLE Foundation had infused $55,000 into the Flagstaff community in random ways such as helping people with utility bills, new tires for their car, paying for their running shoes, etc. It's totally random and unexpected, bringing light and happiness in a "pay it forward" manner. We dedicate our 26.2 miles to BLE, please donate to help someone else live their good, better, BEST LIFE EVER!
