Funeral Expenses for Chrisiah

My name is Breanna, I am the mother to Chrisiah, my family and I are from Austin, Tx. My daughter was born April 30, 2013 with a congenital disease called Distal Arthrogryposis 5D. A tracheotomy tube was placed when she was 2 months old, which caused her to qualify for 24 hour nursing care. On May 7, 2016 my daughter was taken from us in our eyes due to the negligence of one of her home health care nurses. We are raising money for a funeral service for Chrisiah.
