Help Kelly Mattern

My name is Chris Mattern. Recently my sister, Kelly Mattern, suffered a series of strokes at the young age of 42 years old. Kelly is the mother of two great kids. 22 year old Billy, and 14 year old daughter Payton Mattern. Nobody was able to forsee something like this, and while Kelly holds a steady job, and has the insurance and disability coverage needed to get her through this, I am having a hard time keeping her finances and bills in order. Kelly is not totally cognitive and cannot appoint me power of attorney over her affairs. I cannot get access to her banking, debit cards pins, etc. The phone and electric company won't even give me the information I need to figure out what bills I will be facing to keep Kelly's affairs in order while she is in recovery.  I am simply trying to pay the bills as they come in and I cannot keep up. I have recently finished college, with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, however I have not yet found a sufficient job. I work at a local shoes store. I am doing the best to take care of my niece Payton, and keep on top of Kelly's bills. A small boost would really help right now. I want Kelly to come back to a stable enviornment with no past due bills loooming over her head.

If you have it in your heart to give, please do.  This would help my family out in a major way. I am not one to ask for help. We are a hard working bunch, that has simply been hit with some bad luck. Even five dollars would help. I have new bills rolling in every day.
