Willie's Emergency Dental Surgery

Hello all of my friends and family. This is one of the hardest things that I have ever had to do in my life. One of my best friends convinced me to do this and reachout to get the help that I need because it will save my life. For years now. I have not been able to smile because of severe problems with my teeth. I am a very proud person and I don't like to ask anyone for anything. I lost my business during the last recession and before that I had a heart attack back in 2007. I am out of danger with my heart condition for now. But if I don't do something about my teeth immediately. My doctors told me that the decay and gum dease is going to poison my blood stream and cause more serious problems.  Including death if I don't get all of the broken , decayed and rotted teeth out of my mouth ASAP.  I feel really bad asking anyone for help on this matter. But I am scared and frightened at this point.  My dentures and surgical extractions are going to be expensive because I have some teeth that are broken and the root tips are below my gum line.  It's very painful everytime I try to eat something. So they have to be surgically removed. I am an entertainer.  I don't make a ton of money and I can't afford insurance. I do have some other health issues but they are being maintain with medication and regular visits to my Cardiologist and Primary care Doctors. They treat me and allow me to pay as I go because of my insurance situation. Dr Richard Samale and Dr. Brad Shoemaker of Gulfcoast Medical Group. Are my heros because they saved my life after the heart attack and they have stuck with me to make sure that I am still here and around. Music is my life and I love what I do. Making people smile and enjoy themselves as they dance and pat their feet to the music I make is one of the greatest highs that anyone can get. I need a little help to stay around a little bit longer to continue to bring the joy of music and song to all of my friends and family from around the world. So today I am asking all of my friends and family to help me remove the pain that I have been suffering with for almost a decade now due to my badly decaying teeth. So please, please, please. Any help that you can give me would be appreciated and the dentist will get started right away to remove the broken root tips from my mouth.
