Help Nikki Fight Breast Cancer

Donation protected

Nikki was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer on January 9, 2012. She felt a lump in her left breast and went to her doctor the doctor said it needed to have a sonogram done. Because she was only 25 years old they could not do a mammogram because the breast is too dense. The sonogram showed that there were what looked like two dense masses that needed to be biopsied. Because they were so dense they needed to do this with a sonogram simultaneously. Nikki received a phone call at work on a Friday that she would need to bring someone supportive with her to her doctors appointment on Monday. This was the worst weekend not knowing for sure if it was, but assuming the worst!! She found out January 9 that she definitely had breast cancer she then went to Syracuse to upstate medical center to start having treatment performed where she met Dr. Cara Kort who had a reputation to be the best in the area. Nikki had a double mastectomy I'm January 31, 2012. On her 26th birthday she got the results from the surgery which showed that the tumor was a 10 cm tumor a great 3 which is the fastest-growing most aggressive type of cancer you can have. She also found out that the cancer had spread into her lymph nodes. The doctors then told her that she would need to undergo five months of intensive chemotherapy and five weeks of radiation. This was decided for preventative measures. After Nikki completed her treatment plan about a month later she found some more spots on her right breast. She had these biopsied, almost exactly one year later found out that she had relapsed already the cancer come back! All of the doctors were completely stunned and could not believe these results! They sent her in for a PET scan to make sure the cancer has not spread anywhere else. They told Nikki that there was not much they could do as she was now stage 4 and the cancer had spread to her skin, her lymph nodes in her chest wall and right arm it also spread to her liver! Nikki decided that being told she was not curable at age 26 was just not acceptable. She started to look into some other options and made an appointment to go down to New York City to get a second opinion at Salon Kettering Hospital. It was very expensive to go down there even just for one night but she really wanted to get a second opinion when she got there they told her they agreed with upstate medical center the only thing that they could do was to keep her on hormone treatment therapy to help control the disease from spreading further and hopefully get it to start to shrink but they could not cure her either. Now Nikki is looking into some nontraditional medicines to try and help cure her. Some of the main things that she has done is gone on a new diet that is been very challenging for her to do. She knows it may save her life so she's at try. The diet that she is on is an all organic whole food plant-based diet with no dairy, no meat, no gluten, no soy, and no sugar! Although this was very challenging for her in the beginning she is starting to get more used to the diet and it is becoming less and less of a challenge every day for her. Nikki has found a alternative treatment that is called a photon machine. This helps to resonate the cells to break them down and then do a lot of detoxing the second machine that goes with the photon is a foot soak that pulls all of the toxins out of her body. She also needs to invest in a water ionizer, to drink to help detox as well. In order for these treatments to be most effective and have any chance of helping cure her disease she needs to Buy these so that she can do the detoxing footbath every day for an hour and the photon machine every day for two hours she also needs to constantly be drinking this ionized water. There are several other things out there that Nikki would like to try to help cure her of this horrible disease that are just at this time too expensive to do. We are asking for donations from any and everybody we ask that you tell your friends families to donate even if it's only a couple of dollars every thing help at this point to help get Nikki the treatments she needs to beat this horrible battle against cancer!
