Heidi Baker once said, "LOVE "“ It is a small four-letter word that will cost you everything: laying down your life, passion and compassion, giving without expecting, feeling His very heartbeat and surrendering to His rhythm, and following the Lamb wherever He goes, even to Mozambique." It is true, what she says about love, and I have found this to be evident in my own life. God has called me to a life of following Him and this year He is leading me across the world: to Mozambique!
God has paved the way for me to attend the Harvest School of Missions in June, and before I go any further, let me just say, "Yay, God"! I feel so enraptured by His love that He would give me such an opportunity. For those who don't know, the Harvest School is run by Heidi and Rolland Baker through their ministry, Iris. This is where I will spend three months training, learning, being immersed in the culture, loving as many people as I possibly can, and being daily overtaken by the heart of God. This school is so unique in allowing students to be taught and then in the same day put all of the things we have learned into practice. I will take part in overnight outreaches in the bush, interacting and playing with orphans as a part of everyday life, and learning as much as I possibly can from seasoned missionaries and ministers. There is also an opportunity to take part in an extended outreach after the school is over. I plan to make my way to Asia after Mozambique. More details on that aspect of the trip will follow as I receive them.
This is a once in a lifetime kind of opportunity and I am so honored to be offered the chance to do so! Will you join me on this marvelous journey into the depths of the Father's heart? I ask that you seek God about either praying for me or supporting me financially as I go to Harvest. My journey as a missionary has been one of great faith but I believe that this training will lead me into an even greater faith. I am excited to trust Him even more than I do now!

Here are my financial needs:
· There is a $2,800 tuition fee that includes schooling, local transport, housing, food, flights, extended outreach in Asia, malaria medication, shots, supplies, and visa expenses. My budget is $8,900 total, a good portion of which is due April 25th.
God is so very good! If He got me into the school, He will also get me there! Thank you so much for praying and seeking God about all of this. Whatever He tells you, it is well. Whatever He says, he is right"”always. I am so filled with joy, I can barely contain it!
I close now with a sincere heart of gratitude for you and who you are. I thank God for what a blessing your life is to me and I pray for an abundant increase of His overwhelming love, His everlasting power, and His blissful joy in your life!
