Volunteering for Midwives for Haiti

Having a skilled birth attendant at delivery can reduce mobidity and mortality at significantly. In Haiti, over 75% of women do not have this. I'm volunteering with Midwives for Haiti,  an organization that helps provide prenatal, birth, and postpartum care and works with communities to train skilled birth attentants, so there can be more of them! There is amazing work being done, and I'm honored to be able to be a part of it and continue doing work that I'm so passionate about.
