Hi, my name is Alejandro Aguilar and my wife's name is Ana Rosa and we are looking to give a helping hand to this married couple that is in need, we've been helping them with everything we can so far and we will like to help even more, here is their story....
They are Eddy and Brenda, they both are in their late 70's... He is a retire ex police officer and she is retire financial advisor, we met then a few months back as they were my clients at one point. I work as a construction contractor and I build a staircase in their home when we got to know each other, then I decided to help them with some other things for free just to help them out, we went back and forth to their home and became friends with them, as time passed we got to talk a lot more and got information that I didn't liked so much.
They have three daughters, all of them grown ups, one of them is living with them in a separated floor upstairs with her kids for six years now, the thing is that they do no receive any help from them, they don't even come down to spend time with them as a family and the other two daughters live out of state and don't have much to do with them either.
Since they don't get any help from the, now they have come to a financial struggle and have been forced to make radical decisions for their future, They don't know what to do, sell their home and move to a smaller house, sell their home and rent an apartment, sell their home and find a senior community home... they don't have the money to fix and repair the house in order to get the most value for it(I help them with some things already). Now they're worry and becoming desperate because their S. S. income doesn't cover the expenses and they may loose their home as a result.
They are good people, two good souls in need of assistance, it is painful to see the see wat's happening to them... full of uncertainly, the fear in their eye as at the moment they don't know what their future will be.
My wife and I have been going over to see them and help on whatever we can and jus to visit, I am trying to give them ideas, advise and suggestions but I'm also limited in knowledge on everything we can do about it, I have no idea of how much money they need to keep the home where they were planning to spend the rest of their lives together, that is why I'm reaching out to people using this site, I'm sure they will appreciate every penny and or volunteer work or assistance.
My wife Rosa and I just want to do some good in their lives since we know now how much they've been going through and how much they've been giving out to people with out expecting anything back, I know it would make them very happy to be able to stay in their home.
I don't know how much they need so I'm just guessing with the amount … if anyone has any concerns, questions or opinions or suggestions, please do not hesitate on letting me know, here is my info

Hola, mi nombre es Alejandro Aguilar y mi esposa es Ana Rosa y estamos buscando ayudar a esta pareja de la tercera edad que está en necesidad, les hemos estado ayudando con todo lo que podamos hasta ahora y nos gustaria ayudar aún más, aquí está su historia....
Son Eddy y Brenda, ambos están en sus 80... El es un ex oficial de policía retirado y ella es asesor financiero retirado, nos conocimos hace unos meses, ya que eran mis clientes en un momento. Trabajo como contratista de construcción y construi una escalera en su casa , asi fue que llegamos a conocernos, luego decidí ayudarlos con algunas otras cosas gratituamente solo para ayudarlos, fuimos de ida y vuelta a su casa y nos hicimos amigos, a medida que pasaba el tiempo llegamos a hablar mucho y obtuve información que no me gustó tanto.
Tienen tres hijas, las tres son mayores de edad, una de ellas esta viviendo con ellos en un piso separado arriba con sus hijos desde hace seis años ahora, la cosa es que no reciven ninguna ayuda de ellos, ni siquiera bajan a pasar tiempo con ellos como familia y las otras dos hijas tampoco tienen mucho que ver con ellos.
Dado que no reciben ayuda de su hija viviendo en el piso de arriba ahora se encuentran en una situacion financiera muy dificil y ahora se han visto obligados a tomar decisiones radicales para su futuro, ya que no saben qué hacer, si vender su casa y mudarse a una casa más pequeña, vender su casa y alquilar un apartamento o vender su casa y encontrar una casa de retiro con asistencia para ancianos... Ellos no tienen los suficientes recursos para arreglar y reparar la casa con el fin de obtener el máximo valor por ella. (nosotros hemos ayudado en lo que podemos) Ahora se preocupan y se estan desesperando porque sus ingresos de S. S. no cubren los gastos y podrian perder su casa como resultado.
Ellos son buenas personas, dos buenas almas necesidad de ayuda, es doloroso ver lo que les esta pasando, llenos de incertidumbre, el miedo en sus ojos ya que en este momento no saben cuál será su futuro.
Mi esposa y yo hemos ido a verlos y ayudar en todo lo que podamos y solo para visitarlos, estoy tratando de darles ideas, consejos y sugerencias, pero también estoy limitado en el conocimiento sobre todo lo que podemos hacer al respecto, no tengo idea de cuánto dinero necesitan para mantener el hogar donde ellos estaban planeando pasar juntos el resto de sus vidas, es por eso que estoy haciendo este llamado a las personas que usan este sitio, estoy seguro de que ellos apreciarán cada centavo y trabajo o asistencia voluntaria.
Mi esposa Rosa y yo sólo queremos hacer algo bueno en sus vidas ya que ahora sabemos lo mucho que han estado pasando y cuánto han estado dando a la gente sin esperar nada en retorno, sé que les haría muy felices de poder quedarse en su casa.
