<div>Hi, my name is Matthew. I’m the fulltime and only caregiver of my girlfriend, Tammy Terrel Centers. Tammy is 22 years old and has stage 3 low grade serous ovarian cancer paired with stage 4 kidney disease. Along with fighting cancer, Tammy faced family estrangement and was kicked out her dad’s apartment. She stays with me and my family in the meantime for her to build stability and recover.

<div>Five years ago, Tammy lost her mom, just before graduating from high school.

<div>Tammy requires daily care and lives with multiple medical devices that include a PICC line, nephrostomy tube, and ileostomy bag. She is constantly tired, uncomfortable, and has limited mobility. As her full-time caregiver, I help with things such as transportation, managing medical care, and bathing.
