This donation site is dedicated to helping Yvette Sanchez and her two beautiful children: Jacob, age 9, and Sophia, age 6, be able to survive financially during an awful time of tragedy and loss.
Yvette and her children recently became widowed and without a father, and are suffering immense heartbreak and grief.
A man who was a father and partner, a foundation for this family's ability to thrive, passed away on January 19th, 2013.
He was a great partner and father to these two little ones, a positive and uplifting presence in their lives and the lives of any person he met. You can learn more about Ben Busby-Collins at belovedben.blogspot.com.
Through this tragedy, it has become clear that they need financial help. The home they once shared will no longer be affordable, there are debts to pay.
Without the help of the man who once lifted them up and supported them, and without any life insurance, or estate, as many others receive, this will be a very tough next few years.
It is my goal to raise money for the family in order to help them be able to continue with life with at least some kind of normalcy, especially for the children.
Yvette and her children are in the throes of their grief and putting back together the broken pieces of their lives. Yvette works as a massage therapist and yoga teacher in the Edmonds, WA community. She provides the community with so much love, healing and spirit each and every day. She is a nurturing and patient mother, and a loyal friend. As a community, we must come together and rally around her and help to lift her up as she is continually doing for us!

Please know that even a small donation makes a difference, and that your money will go towards helping and healing this family, and it will allow them to move forward to a future where there will always be sadness and heartache around this loss, but hopefully they be survivors who can hold their heads up high, taking solace in some peace from the security that you can help provide them.
