<div>Hello friends,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In the 1950s and ’60s, rock ’n’ roll swept America, powered by radio. But it was the disc jockeys who really held the sway — making and breaking careers from behind the microphone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Growing up in Villa Park, just outside Chicago, I was captivated by rock ’n’ roll and especially by the Wild I-tralian himself, Dick Biondi. Dick introduced American teens to The Beatles, The Beach Boys, and championed stars like Elvis and The Rolling Stones. His rebellious on-air style clashed with management, but won him countless devoted fans.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If rock n’ roll was the soundtrack of hot-blooded teenage America, Dick Biondi was its voice.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>At 78, I’ve realized my lifelong dream: creating The Voice That Rocked America — the first film to capture Dick Biondi’s remarkable journey. After 11 years of dedication, the film is finally complete. Now, I need your help to bring it to audiences everywhere.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your donation will help cover the final costs to release the film. <strong>Phase I successfully raised over $5,000 to prepare the film for streaming with close captions, E&amp;O insurance, and Digital Quality Control.</strong> <strong>Phase 2 will cover cost of Editor, worldwide Music Licensing, posters, DVDs, (Mailing &amp; Fulfillment), and Marketing &amp; PR. </strong>Please consider donating and share this grassroots campaign with your network. Together, we can share Dick’s incredible legacy with the world.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for being part of this rock ’n’ roll adventure!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Warmly,
</div>
