Help Malik Attend College

Malik recently graduated from LaFollette high school on June 12th. He was captin of the linebackers for the Lancer football team. He is always acknowledged for his leadership, astounding athleticism and sportsmanship. He was chosen as Lancer-of-the-Month, November 2019, for his academic achievements and his performance on and off the field. Malik has received a scholarship award to Madison College. He is in the transfer program at Madison college; his goal is to eventually transfer to UW Milwaukee. I am always inspired by Maliks perseverance. He has battled much adversity in his high school career; including grieving the death of his older brother. Though homeless his sophomore year, he still maintained a strong work ethic. I am so proud of his resilience, his strength, and his determination. I’ve watched Malik flourish into a radiant young man. Recently Malik lost his little sister, we are heartbroken and can’t put into words the pain. Let’s support Malik build a strong foundation for his college career. Anything is appreciated, thank you!
