Hello neigbors!
As many of you know, we're planning a mural on the building's south wall (facing Commonwealth) to beautify the neighborhood and mitigate tagging.
StreetSmARTS is a program funded by DPW. The city pays the majority of the cost for artwork by one of their roster of professional muralists. Jason Jagel (example mural shown here) is the artist who was selected by building-wide vote. The program asks that we pay $6750.
Because this is a large project, and because our building reserves are depleted, we are humbly asking for YOUR GENEROUS DONATION to defray the HOA's investment. When we have the funds, we will get the artist's proposal and share it with the building.
