22 mile Rat Race for Children with Cancer

On September 2nd me and my brother in law will be taking part in the Man vs Mountain Rat Race to raise money for children with cancer.

It is a 22 mile run up to the summit of Mount Snowden in Wales. Part of the route includes an abseil down a cliff edge and for those who know me even slightly know my dislike of heights, so even more reason to donate to a very good cause!
