Pain rehabilitation program and expenses

I am a 34 year old mother of four daughters, married to a very handsome UPS driver.  We strive to serve the Lord in everything we do and we are raising our homeschooled daughters in the fear and admonition of the Lord.

Sixteen months ago I began having significant back and flank pain.  That pain increased and was joined by severe joint pain in my hands, feet, knees and elbows.  Diagnostic tests failed to reveal the cause of my pain.  Most every mainstream illness or disease has been ruled out.  I have seen more than 30 doctors including specialists at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. 

At this point in time, I am disabled when it comes to anything active.  I cannot go to the park with my children.  I am unable to go on long trips or play outside with my girls.  I am barely able to take care of their basic needs.  I do what I absolutely have to do and the rest has to wait. 

At the suggestion of doctors and specialists, I am preparing to be admitted into a three-week pain rehabilitation program at the Cleveland Clinic.  There, they will adjust my medications to be more tailored to my specific situation.  I will engage in physical, occupational and psychological therapies in an effort to teach my how to cope with my pain and be as active as I possibly can.  I hate the idea of spending 3 weeks away from my family but my ultimate goal in this is to return to my family with the ability to go for walks with my husband and children, to play on the floor with my 4-year-old and be able to go on a date with my husband without worrying about whether I will have enough energy to see a movie after dinner. 

We have a wonderful support system in our local friends and family, but I thought this might help to provide the funding we need to make this rehabilitation possible.  Funds will go towards travel and lodging as well as the medical expenses that we will need to pay out of pocket. 

Obviously, the rewards are meant to be tongue-in-cheek and jovial.  Any amount is well-received and appreciated.  Also, the wish list items are approximations and not exact (hence the differences in total amount needed and the total of wish list items)
