Help A Man Out From Predatory Insurance Companies

March 31st 2019 was the worst night of my life. My brother, myself, and a friend were out having a good night. Everything seemed fine. I knew my brother was going through a lot of things so I wanted to show him a good night out. I dropped him off at 3am with our other friend and headed home. After stopping at the gas station our mom calls me and says he’s dead and committed suicide 45 minutes after leaving him. I rush back over but after doing 65 in a 45 i hydroplaned and totaled my car. At the time my insurance monthly payment was $277 and i could only afford to pay $250 and the receptionist who took my payment promised that would be fine! After filing the claim my insurance company told me they will play for the damage done to the pole but no damage toward the car. For the past year I’ve been paying 2 car payments because i only have one option. If i decide to let my totaled car get behind i could be sued and the repo would put a huge setback on my dream of owning a home. That night i lost a brother and i am still forced to make a expensive car payment that i know longer have. Worst night of my life. If anyone could help thank you so much.
