Landon Parnell Sr.'s Battle With Leukemia

My father in law, Landon Parnell Sr., is a fun-loving, funny guy with a big heart. A Veteran as well as a hard-working and devoted husband, father, Grandpa, and father-in-law, he's truly a man that loves and cares for his family and has done everything he can his entire life to support his wife. He's the kind of husband who is utterly devoted to his wife and has doted on her throughout their almost 50 years of marriage. He's also the kind of man who raised a man like that---his son Landon Jr---the man I married! 

Not long ago, he was diagnosed with Leukemia and has been battling very hard, however, his fight is becoming more difficult. Due to the pandemic as well as his current health condition, he is unable to work and provide for himself and his wife. He is struggling to pay the bills for his treatments as well as his regular bills and continues to have to drive into downtown Houston to the VA Hospital weekly for testing and treatments. 

I am starting a fund to help his family pay medical bills as well as regular bills like utilities, gas and lodging expenses during his VA hospital stays, meals, groceries and anything else of a practical nature that would be helpful during this time. We want him to be able to focus on battling and being with loved ones.
