Katelyn's Recovery

Our beautiful Katelyn was born 9/10/1996 and since then has amazed us with her beauty, intelligence and giving heart. Katelyn is a full time student and care giver of a young lady with a disability. She spends her free time enjoying outdoor activities, sports and spending time with her family. On August 16th 2017 Katelyn was playing a family game of softball and with a simple stroke of the bat her day had been changed. The ball impacted the right side of skull and ear and caused enough damage that she had to be rushed into brain surgery and remained in the trauma unit for nearly two weeks. Through extensive doctors and family care our Katelyn has been able to come home. She has numerous Dr's appointments and is in a slow recovery process. It has been a dramatic financial change for not only Katelyn but her family. Between medical finances and encouraging Katelyn to continue her education from home we turn to family and friends for help.No donation is too small and with every day that passes we appreciate everyone's prayers, help and contribution every bit helps!
