Save Duke the Dobie

Hello everyone. Tomorow I go meet Mr. Duke at the park with a behavioralist and his family that will spend 3-4 hours with us to help save Dukes life. Here’s a quick background on Duke. His family adopted him at a young age (8 weeks). The breeder was not a reputable breeder and would only meet his parents at the park to pick him up. When returning home Summer (Dukes mom) noticed he had huge rocks in his stool and he was very skiddish and scared.. since then he’s been loved and spoiled in a caring home. He’s now two years old and over the past couple weeks out of the blue has shown aggressive behavior toward all members of the family. He has not bit anyone but he has pinned them up on the wall, cornered them and exposed his teeth with a viscous growl. The family fears Duke will hurt them and their living situation has grown quite uncomfortable. This family can not afford training for him. They felt the only option was to euthanize him as he hasn’t changed and his behavior is only getting worse. After a difficult drive to the vet Duke would not get out of the car. Summer feels this was a real sign to give Duke another chance. I was able to reach the behavioralist that has really helped me with Zane and he has offered to drive from Burbank as the family is willing to do this to save Duke and everyone is on board. This donation will help cover two-3 training sessions so Dukes family can best address his unruly behavior and not result to euthinization. Your help is appreciated. Thank you for your consideration.
